A comfortable home buying process begins with knowledge and understanding.  Purchasing a home may be the most important investment decision that you will every make.  Many people spend more time researching cell phones than they do with a home purchase.

As a Mortgage Professional, it is very important that my customers have a complete understanding of all aspects of the home purchase.  I provide my customers with "Mortgage 101" where I teach them about mortgages, mortgage options, "points", how I get paid, title and escrow information, purchase timelines, and other valuable information.  Many of my customers have found my information useful even if they have purchased property in the past.

VA 101
