About Us

Our company is your best source for value-driven, National turnkey professional credit education.

Research and Development for this eBook started in 1999 so we have a decade of collective and comprehensive knowledge and experience.  Meaning that we are able to provide the most value and innovation per your dollar spent.

The Fulfillment Center LLC , a Delaware Corporation, came into existence when the research we had been compiling since 1999 .....finally came to fruition. The Credit System, Debt Management & Budgeting Ebook is the most comprehensive book written on these subjects. We were privied early on to learn techniques and strategies concerning the credit report and valuable knowledge that allowed us to maximize our own personal credit profiles. We assumed that all financial professionals, at the very least, must already have this great knowledge. We were shocked to find out that almost none of them knew what we had found.

Please take the time necessary to educate yourself on the credit system.......debt management.....and budgeting. Especially at a time when the entire country is having such a financial struggle. Be a part of the solution and not the problem. If you arm yourself with this knowledge you may be able to take advantage in these times when only those priviledged to have maintained a great credit profile will be able to reap the financial rewards.

Welcome toThe Fulfillment Center LLC! We feel blessed to be able to help you on this journey.....a hard one for most.....but the reward lies at the end!

Who We Are:  Credit-Worthy.com is first & foremost an education company. Our 65 chapter Credit Education and Debt Management book teaches you how to establish and maintain a valuable credit rating. Our company began business in 1999 and has developed a proprietary “free” disputing system based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

What We Do: We use the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 to force the credit agencies; Trans-Union, Equifax and Experian into legal compliance with the law.

What is Section 609: This is the section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act which requires that any and all information reported on your credit report about you must have documentation on hand at the repository and be available to you at your request.

Why are We different: Unlike the credit repair companies, we do not dispute what your credit is. We dispute the credit bureaus right to publish any credit information about you for which they do not have documentable proof on hand which they are required to have by law. To date, we have yet to receive any “proof documents” from any of the three credit repositories. Without proof, they must permanently retract any disputed postings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is It Illegal To Remove Negatives From Your Credit Report ?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act, enabled by Congress, clearly states that every consumer is entitled to question, verify, and have derogatory information removed whenever such is inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or misleading. As is the case with many other laws in our nation, most consumers are not aware of their rights and do not have the time to study these laws.

Is It Really Possible To Repair Credit?

In a technical sense, no. For example, Federal and State laws prohibit us from saying that removal of all negatives can be guaranteed. Yet, by the same token, any information, no matter how accurate, which cannot be verified within a reasonable amount of time, according to the law, CANNOT be included on your credit report. Our job is not to repair your credit....but to repair the reporting of your credit.

Why Are Credit Bureaus So Paranoid About Credit Improvement?

Credit Bureaus sell their information for millions of dollars daily to institutions who rely on that service. Unfortunately, no one is policing credit bureaus for accuracy and legal compliance with the FCRA. The three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian & Trans-Union) have spent millions convincing the American public that bad credit cannot be deleted from an individual's credit report. We beg to differ and have over 5 million credit deletions on record!

Once Negatives Are Investigated And Removed, Do They Come Back?

Negative information, once investigated and found unverifiable, outdated, misleading or inaccurate, may not reappear on your credit report, according to the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)

What Happens With Bankruptcies, Repo's & Foreclosures?

These are considered negatives and derogatories just like late payments, though more severe in the amount of points deducted from your credit score. These items can also be removed.

How Long Does The Process Take?

Improvement must take place along legally established guidelines and certain procedural rules. There are no shortcuts, however, three to six months is normal to begin seeing improvement. Understand, each case is unique and may take more or less time.

LEARN HOW “THE LAW” RESTORES

AND PROTECTS YOUR CREDIT

Section 609 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act mandates that credit bureaus must have “verifiable proof” documents on hand to prove what they report on your credit report. “THEY DON’T HAVE THEM”! Without verifiable proof, derogatory information must be permanently removed! Our FREE disputing system forces the bureaus into legal compliance. In eleven years we have never been provided a single proof document nor have we ever lost a case. We have served over 172,000 clients and our company has over 5 million deletions on record. In addition, our Credit Education & Customized Credit Blueprint™ gives our clients step by step instructions on how to maximize their credit scores.
